Ok you can put the text in 2 ways..the first is with the brushes.. there lots of brushes with words.. like my siggie, that's with a brush, the text of my avatar is with Gimp, and you can putin this way:

First of all, you'll choose the text tool:


Then, you'll drag into the image the text tool til you reach the size that you want


Then to write the text, you've to write in the little box that'll be appear like this:


Then to finish, to edit the text, you'll have to go to the control tool and select the color, size and font


and that's alll! if you need help or have a doubt just ask me ok!????
