the name of the program is Gimp and it's free! you can download it here: www.softonic.com there are lots of tutorials in youtube and google... I learn all that I know for the tutorials lol

and is easy sweetie! the secret of all this thing, is learn to know what buttons do, what are the layers, and I am completely sure that you'll be editing very very soon!
