Gifts and messages for the band - arranging something?

Since many of you have started threads for arranging birthday presents, collections of messages, banners etc. to hand over to the band at concerts, we thought it would be a good idea to collect them all in this thread so they're easy to find for people who want to participate, and to avoid confusion about who's arranging what etc.

If you're in charge of something, make a post in this thread about what you're arranging, for which concert/date, and how to get in touch with you for more information. We'd prefer it if the arrangements were kept by PM's or email, to avoid this thread being filled with "please add me" messages.
